A large number of metal parts are used to accurately restore the structure of the real aircraft, including the central fuel tank bracket, front and rear landing gear with shock absorbers, metal-framed windshields, aluminum doors, and various connectors.
A realistic dashboard module is included in the kit, with outstanding texture, and the cabin parts are covered with leather.
The landing gear system also faithfully restores the design of the real aircraft. The forcebearing structure is similar to the real aircraft, and the multistrand steel wire rope tensioning wire between the wings needs to be truly stressed, not just for decoration.
A variety of woods are selected for different parts to maximize their respective functions. Pine, basswood plywood, birch plywood, Chinese Paulownia and light wood imported from Papua New Guinea are used cumulatively. The low-speed performance is excellent, the wing load is extremely low (32g/sqdm), combined with the shock-absorbing landing gear design, the taxiing posture is highly simulated. The handling experience of the Tiger Moth will definitely impress you. The wings can be quickly disassembled by screws without adjusting the tension wires. Actual measurements show that you can complete the assembly of the aircraft within 10 minutes at the flight field.
